Home Health Care UB 04 Questions

I am billing on a UB 04 for the first time & only for one patient. I would appreciate advice on UB 04 section :
#9 Value Codes,
#43 HIPPS Code,
#63 OASIS 18 code and
Units for live-in nurses aide 24/7

Any advice would be very much appreciated, thank you,

I believe CMS has guidelines for UB-04 completion, including listings of whats appropriate for each section, ie, value codes, etc.
