We are having trouble billing for Home Health Unskilled Respite for Optum VACCN patients using the Revenue code 0662 with HCPCS S5150 on UB-04 form. Claims processed successfully in the past for years up until a month ago and are now being denied as "Revenue code not recognized by Medicare." Home Health Unskilled Respite visits are authorized through the VA, and they are not aware of any code changes either. Any suggestions?
