I have an OT, in office, who is goin to go to the home of a patient to do a Home Safety Evaluation. The OT has never see the patient before. Is there a CPT/HCPCS Code that would fit this situation? The patient has a Medicare replacement plan so I am wondering if a service like this is even covered by their plan. I would assume that one could use the diagnosis codes that the patient currently has for the service.

Any reliable help would be great!
