We are now billing for Home Sleep Studies and we are having billing issues with wellmark requiring the POS 12 Home which we filed they are now stating in Box 32 place patient home address. The question is we are filing G0399 with no modifiers because we own the equipment the patient is using and we are reading the study at our office. Do we have to split bill with a TC and 26 or use office 11 as POS. They keep denying. Any suggestions welcome.
