I am not sure which cpt code to use with a home sleep study with nocturnal pulse oximetry, CPAP-three channels. This is the documentation:

The patient is undergoing this nocturnal pulse oximetry while she is using CPAP with inline supplemental oxygen.

Findings: There is was recorded for more than 8-hour however airflow monitoring of about 7 hours was achieved. Since patient is using CPAP, there is no residual respiratory events estimated. Oxygen saturation was maintained above 94%. Snoring was not detected. EKG showed an average heart rate of 76 bpm.
Impression: This study did not show any nocturnal desaturations while using CPAP with inline supplemental oxygen.

Has anyone run across this and how was it billed.

Thank you for any help
