Hello,
I was wondering about home sleep test coding for medicare and commercial plans. I was told that for commercial plans to use 95806, and for Medicare to use G code G0398, G0399, G0400, does anybody know the reasons and if that is true? Any help would be most appreciated, thank you very much!
