Wiki Home Visit after surgery-billable?

If the surgeon makes a home visit after surgery to do a dressing change, no complications, is it global to the surgery or is a billable home visit? Thank you!

If it is in the global period of a procedure and the services are for post-operative care related to recovery from that procedure, then it is not billable.
