I represent an ambulance company and want to ask three reimbursement questions concerning hospice approved transports.

1. Are we required to accept Medicare approved rates for base rate fees and mileage?
2. Are we required to accept hospice reimbursement as payment in full?
3. Please could you direct me to the CMS regulations relating to these issues?
