Wiki Hospice cert / recert codes?

Does anyone know if there are codes to report Hospice certification / recertification by the patient's primary care physician? I can only find Home Health cert/recert codes G0179 and G0180.

Any help is appreciated!

You would use either G0179 or G0180 with the modifier "GV" for hospice. I just found this out myself.
