Our ob doc admits one of his/her patient in labor. She fails to progress and an ob outside our group is summoned to deliver via c-section. Is there any way we can bill for the time our ob spent in the hospital? We unbundle and bill for the ante-partum and post partum but there must be some way for our doc's to be paid for their many hours in the hospital. Admit codes?
