Does anyone know if there is a list for Unclassified Drugs published from Medicare. Im asking for the Hospital technical part. We have drugs coded as J3490 for unclassified, but cannot get them through the system. We keep getting errors. I know you have to include the NDC#, Drug name and Dosage, but we still cant get it through. Any ideas?
