Hi,

I need help on figuring out how to bill for a hospital discharge.

My doctor seen a pt and discharge that pt. Furthermore, for some reason the pt is not discharge that day but two day later. What is the correct way for me to bill for my doctor hospital discharge from being denied from insurance company? It there a modifier that I can use?
