Our physician practice was just merged into a hospital and has become a clinic. The hospital says we must bill under OPPS guidelines. They tell us that we must unbundle services that in the practice setting I know were bundled. Do the NCCI guidelines still apply under OPPS or is there a different set of rules? If so, can anybody let me know where I can get more education? Thanks for your help. rp
