Hi,

Can anyone guide me to select hospital progress note for a patient admitted for ckd.(The code series)?

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question correctly...if I am, then look at 99221-99223 for initial inpatient visit, and 99231-99233 for subsequent inpatient visit. I don't know what ckd is, so not sure if that has any effect on the code selection :confused:
