Can you charge for an inpatient subsequent visit if the patient is sleeping?

Example: I stopped in to see the patient early this morning. He was resting comfortably and sleeping and I did not disturb him. His catheter urine at the bedside appeared to be clear to light tea colored. We would plan to leave the catheter in in definitely as he will likely be very restricted in physical activity with a pelvic fracture. This will also allow any urethral trauma to gradually heal around the catheter from the prior manipulations. There does not appear to be any other urologic concerns at this point. He is otherwise receiving appropriate treatment for the urinary tract infection with antibiotics. Please call with any questions you may have related to the catheter.
