There is a code for postprocedural pain, if the patient still has pain. Otherwise, probably Z09.

Id use the Z47.32 dx block or having complications on the hip ORI use the T84 dx block . Id use the dx Z47 last and what ever is the problem suffering with or trying to mend as first dx code

I forgot about that block (I code primary care.) Yes, that's a much better choice.
