how would you code a housecall for a severlely autistic 12 yr old well visit?
 
Preventive?

Well, 99341-99350 are for problem-focused visits.

If this is strictly preventive care... I'd use the appropriate level preventive code (99381-99387) PLUS the add on code 99056 (Services usually provided in office, provided out of office at request of patient, in addition to basic service).

Of course, I'm assuming patient is at home in a private residence, not in a group home of some sort.
