Wiki how code a piggyback IOL implant?

One of our physicians says he wants to do a piggyback IOL implantation. The patient already had cataract extraction w/IOL, but now needs a 2nd IOL implanted same eye, piggyback attached. I believe the first implant will remain. Is CPT code 66985 appropriate for this or should we use unlisted. I looked on the internet and it sounds like this is done for different reasons. I just have never heard of it and would like advice on coding.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you help me in finding cpt code for this procedure

Diagnosis: Left eye traumatic IOL prolapsed, vitreous prolapsed

Procedure:Left eye traumatic old IOL removal and new IOL implantation

I can pick 66985 code for the above mentioned procedure
