how do I code Corns and callosities DX , and the CPT code
This dx is easily found in the ICD-10 Alphabetic Index under either of these terms. If you don't have an actual book, it's available for download at no charge on on both the CMS and CDC web sites.

There isn't a CPT code for a diagnosis - you would need to share an encounter note or specify what procedures were performed in order to be able to recommend a CPT code.

Hi FCCTN
The CPT codes for corns and callous run from CPT 11055 to 11057 and CPT 11719 to 11721. The dx code to match that could be Hyperkeratotic Lesion (corns) at dx L84. But also look at dx blocks L03.0 and L60. Dx L60 blocks for ingrown nails or nail dystrophy. Also if the patient has trouble walking or gait you can use dx R26.2. If there is pain in toes in documentation or on assessment add dx M79.674.If the pt is a diabetic and doc states this add one of these blocks of dx E11.59 or E11.41 per his notations to support. The Medicare codes for the treatment is G0247. Bunions can be removed with dx M20.04 or M20.11 and CPT 28297.
I hope this data helps you!
