How do you bill for use of the Erbejet?

Just got word that my provider is going to be doing a procedure using the Erbejet tomorrow. I have no idea what code to use or if it's even considered medically necessary (Medicare patient).

I called the sales rep and they don't have a reimbursement team. Thinking CPT 43229 or 43270.

Any thoughts?

If I understand this document (click me), Medicare has approved its use. It's a cutting tool. You would bill it the same way as any other cutting tool that he uses.
