We all know that the job market, in general, is very competitive. I'm curious about what people in our industry are doing to make themselves standout, and be employable. I'm particularly curious about what skillsets people have obtained, other than additional coding certifications, that make employers notice them. I'm taking the CPB exam in about a week and a half, and if I pass that on my first try, I plan to work on improving my MS Excel skills, and possibly learning medical assisting. I would like to hear what other people have done/are doing that has really benefited them.
