I work emergency department facility. How many times can i use modifier 59 when i code 96372, 12001, 29125. Can i use the 59 on all the codes?

you can, but it is only required on the 96372 and 12001

Ok thank you for your help 
Also keep in mind that Medicare and some other payers may not take the 59 modifier anymore and you will need to add the appropriate X (ESPU) modifier instead.
