How to bill AWV if Medicare is secondary?

Help please. If a patient has Commercial insurance primary and traditional Medicare secondary, how do you bill to receive credit for the AWV with Medicare? Is this even possible to do? Even though G-codes are only recognized by Medicare. Aledade is stated there is a way to bill an AWV even though Medicare is secondary.
