A NP saw a patient for an annual physical (CPE) and on the same day the MD saw patient and billed an OV. Both the CPE and OV went out on the same claim as 99395-SA, 99213-25 under the MD name and different DX for CPE and OV.
Is the correct way to bill this scenario.? Thanks.
