How to bill S9328 for non-par providers to allow MRC 2 pricing?

Is there a Medicare equivalent CPT code to for S9328 (Home infusion therapy, implanted pump pain management infusion; administrative services, professional pharmacy services, care coordination, and all necessary supplies and equipment, per diem)? Medicare does not allow S9328; looking for an equivalent code to bill commercial insurance for non-par providers.
