you may also want to consider using 93351 instead of 93350 since you implied that 93015 was being performed along with the stress echo.

This was performed in an office visit. Yes, as rightly suggested 93015 (600 $) can be removed and can be replaced with 93351 but the dollar value for 93351 (60$) is comparatively too low with that of 93350 (300$). This is BCBS insurance.
93350 - 300 $
93320 - 150 $
93325 - 125 $
93015 - 600 $

First, are you sure the $600 is an accurate amount for 93015? our bcbs only reimburses that code at $88?? secondly, the 93351 should be paid at a higher rate than the 93350 because of the work involved--- please double check your amounts as Im almost certain that the 93551 should be getting reimbursed higher. Lastly, whether reimbursement is higher, lower or non covered you should always bill what is appropriate.
