I have a dr who is using oxygen with a tens unit to treat migraine headaches. I am having a difficult time finding the code to use for the oxygen therapy. She is also renting the tens unit out for three days at a time. I used 64550 for the the initial use of the tens, but I'm not sure how to code the rental. Any help would be appreciated. thanks!
