How would you code "moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the right base of the tongue, right oropharyngeal wall, and right aryepiglottic fold"?

coding neoplasms

I would start in the alphabetical index under carcinoma, which says see also Neoplasm, by site, then go to to the neoplasm table and look under tongue-base, aryepiglotitic fold, oropharynx-wall-lateral etc.
