Helllo! I am inquiring on the process of getting a powerpoint presentation on billing/coding for a specific procedure approved and accredited for CEU hours? This presentation will be giving to office and facility billers and coders, educating them on the proper coding and documentation of our procedure. Are there specific parameters on the content? Does it have to be a general presentation or can it be product or procedure specific? Any guidance would be appreciated :)
 
There is a process that needs to be gone thru and you pay for the CEUs. The number of CEUs granted will depend on the course content, length, and presenter credentials. The instructions and forms are on the AAPC website look under either traing or continuing education I cannot remember, I have done this often for inhouse lunch and learn presentations at offices I have worked at.
