I passed the ICD-10 proficiency test so I am wondering if there is a way to indicate you are proficient in your initials or anything.

There are no new initials, you would just indicate thus on your resume. At point in time, and very soon, it will be obvious that you are ICD-10 CM proficient just because you have retained your CPC credentials, as it is required that all CPC take the test.
