Hi Team,
We need clarification for HPI element.
Patient came for abd pain, knee pain,shoulder pain. Provider managed by x-ray abd-abd pain,x -ray Knee-knee pain ,x-ray shoulder-shoulder pain.
Can we consider 3 HPI element for 3 different locations.Kindly review on this.

Do we have any official guidelines to clear this point.Since, we are considering same HPI elements for the problems which has been managed separately.
