How many elements do you think there are? I see 3. This is for my Endo provider.

63 yo f had a bone density on 2/17/2020 which showed osteopenia, T score of -2.1 in left hip, no associated left hip pain. No loss of height.

Location: left hip
Duration: since 2/17/2020
Assoc signs and symptoms: no left hip pain

Do you think T score of 2.1 can be SEVERITY or CONTEXT?
