Wiki HPI elements: for such a condition as hives, what's the location (if any)?

The pt's CC is hives over most of his body. So if there is a location, it must be "everywhere," right? Or is it more "no specific location," which would mean I can't count that HPI element?

I would count it. If the provider has documented that it's affecting the skin over most of the body, then they've documented the location.
