Hi there, I am wondering if the documentation "symptoms occur frequently" would be considered timing or quality? My first instinct was timing but then I read that intermittent and constant are considered quality. Thanks in advance!

Michelle Bess, CPC, CRC

"Timing: A measurement of when, or at what frequency, he or she notices a problem (eg, intermittent, constant, only in the evening, etc.)"
"Quality: A problem’s characteristics, such as how it looks or feels (eg, yellow discharge, radiating pain, burning urination, etc.)"

In your case, it would count towards timing.
