What HPI components do others see in this note per CC?

Pt is a 56 year old est pt here for evaluation of a lesion on the left side of her forehead that she thinks may be growing larger. Has not been previously treated.

She would like to have her other moles and skin lesions checked for possible skin cancers as well. No personal or known family history of skin cancers. In the past year, she has not noticed any other spots on her skin that have been growing, changing or bleeding, and has not had any other lesions treated.
 
I see the following components

Quality: a problems characteristics such as how it looks or feels

I see no other components that would support documentation listed. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you. So you wouldn't count 'Has not been previously treated' for anything or count anything that is listed in the second part of the note?
