Humana requires G Codes to bill for the lab quantitive services provided.

With that being said,
Ketamine/norketamine KET 84999
Synthetic cannabinoids (?K2/Spice?) SYNC 84999
Synthetic cathinones (Bath salts) SBS 84999

All have the same G Code.

Does that mean I should be billing Humana with the short strings,
in order to identify the test that were done?
