Can a LPN perform a HVF exam CPT 92083 with a TC modifier or does it have to be a Technician?

When you say "does it have to be a technician", do you mean someone with a COA or COT credentials for example?

Is this a hospital billing the TC or is the LPN working in a physician office (POS 11)?
