In your experience is IVF Hydration billable (specific to CMS) when pt receives this service on a non-chemo admin day as a prophylactic measure.

So patient does not have dehydration, N/V or any other condition at time of IVF to support, but as we know are prone to dehydration with chemo drugs...

Do you bill, if so with what code? Any supporting documentation you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Not considering V15.89 here as pt has not had a problem in the past...
