hydration vs infusion

How is everyone billing Mag/KCL when given with Cisplatin? I was told, when I first started, to bill it as hydration but I believe this is incorrect. We add additional Mag/KCL to the bags, and my understanding is that we would then bill is as infusion. What additional codes are required if we bill it as an infusion? There seems to be a good bit of debate over this question, so I would really appreciate some help with this.
