Wiki Hydrocelectomy with hemiscrotal cystectomy

I need help figuring out how to code this, or if I can bill the two together.
I know the B/L hydrocelectomy is 55041, but as far as the excision of the scrotal cyst, I"m not entirely sure. The operative report states excision of hemiscrotal sebaceous cyt, but pathology came back and the dx is Idiopathic calcinosis.

Any Ideas?
