What should a 7.7x1.2 nonfimbriated tube segment w/ hydrosalpinx be coded as 88302, 88304 or 88305?? Reprot only has two specimens-Spec-a is endometrial curettings, Spec-b is lt tube.Any feed back is appreciated! Thanks.

88305 - non neoplastic

88307 - neoplastic

88302 - for sterilization

Then a paratubal cyst is 88304- doctor would like a 88302- I feel it should be a 88305 .. thanks for the feedback
