Wiki Hyperbaric Supervision (99183)?

There were LCD's to follow but now the LCD's are retired and I'm unable to find any guidance on what is required to get these paid. Can anyone give me guidance on what is required to get these claims paid? CMS is denying every claim for not meeting "medical necessity" for DX codes that previously did get paid. I'm aware there has been a lot of scrutiny on this code with CMS finding through audits documentation does not meet the requirements for the code to be paid, but is this like consult codes - never to be paid by CMS under any circumstances?

99183 will be paid if one of the covered conditions in the NCD is treated and the appropriate dx code submitted. See the transmittal requests in the revision history of the NCD to locate the covered codes.
