For Diabetes pts, I use 250.8X code when they are hypoglycemic, but what about pts with Hypoglycemic Unawareness which is different than being Hyopglycemic? I struggle with how to code this.

Unless there is documentation of unawareness due to autonomic neuropathy, I don't believe there is a code specific to hypoglycemic unawareness.
