I am having a brain F--t. Doctor did 1. Selective coronary angiography. 2. Saphaneous vein graft angiography to ramus system to the OM system. 3. Saphenous vein graft angiography to the right coronary artery. 4. Left heart catheterization with left ventricular hemodynamics w/o left ventricular angiography. What is the CPT code??????????????
