Also what defines stable, unstable and evolving for the clinical presentation.?
And what defines Low, moderate and high compelxity Clinical decision making?
What is measurable assessment?
If I cannot find an audit tool,I need to understand these terms to make one.
I think we need seperate for PT and OT. Any tips and links much appreciated.
