Hello,
I have an I&D performed however, MD was not able to express any purulent drainage. Would it be correct to code 10060 w/52 modifier? OR just code the block given for the procedure 64450. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If he performed the entire procedure, then he performed the entire procedure. Can't really tell without seeing the entire op note.
