When coding I&D of foreign body, is code 10120 just for single lesion only-simple? Then is code 10121 for multiple lesions (2 or more) and complicated? Is this correct how I am interpreting the description of these two codes?

10120 is for a simple removal of a foreign body, whereas 10121 is if the removal is more complex (meaning it required more extensive work to remove).

How are lesions involved?
