Wiki I&D of Perirectal Abscess and Seton Placement

Patient presented for an ID of a perirectal abscess and a seton was placed.

46040 (ID of Perirectal abscess) and 46020 ( seton placement) are bundled. It does not seem appropriate to just report the seton placement, but that it was KnowledgeSource is suggesting. Does anyone have an advice on coding this?

That is correct edit 20 meaning no mod allowed so only bill the 46020
