I need help with CPT on the following op note: Incision was made through a previous olecranon midline incision excising a small 4x4mm wound dehiscence. I went down to the olecranon and found no evidence of recurrent bursa, but there was a deep area that was cultured with some mild splaying of the triceps insertion. We rongeured the scar type tissue several times irrigated with IrriSept solution. Cautery of bleeders was performed. We put several deep stitches end of the triceps and closed the deeper gap and then closed several loose subcutaneous tissues. I'm looking at 23930. Would there be a CPT for the sutures?
Can anyone help? Thank you,

Since your doctor opened the patient, the closure is included. In order to bill for closure the physician would need to close an opening through which no procedures were performed that he did not open. Even then, you need to have the length and depth documented in order to choose the correct code. See repair in the integumentary system for the codes that you would use.
