Does the below description warrant an I&D procedure code? To me this was just a swab to get a culture but I'm not sure. Thanks for any help

PROCEDURE: Incision and Drainage ABSCESS
Clinical Notes: Cleaned wound with Betadine, then applied ethyl chloride, used sterile needle to penetrate abscess and swab inside of abscess. Patient tolerated well. Wound care and dressing change preformed with the help and assistance of Dr. Kelly. We agreed to increase her Bactrim to 2 tablets bid until further notice. Clean wound daily but warm soapy water. Keep covering with gauze. If any increase in symptoms or fever, infection let us know. will f/u with patient next week for eval
